Many realtors choose to work under different brands, in your opinion, how important is choosing the right brand?

“My high level of customer care going above & beyond, anticipating my clients needs plus strong communication is how I have found great success in real estate!”


“Your values must be top of the list. Does this brokerage or team leader share the same vision of how you want to attain and treat clients? Do you agree on business strategies and have compatible personalities? Do their daily, weekly, and monthly expectations align with your personal quality of life? Does the culture inspire you and teach you how to improve your business? 

At the end of the day and at the baseline all brokerages are the same when it comes to transactions with different fees and offers for marketing. Do you want to build a referral-based business or just do a high volume of transactions with leads given to you?”

“In my opinion about branding, I personally feel that branding with your own name is the way to go. Most people work with realtors they know. Why make it hard to associate your new brand with who you are? I also feel proper marketing with that branding goes a long way. Many clients will associate a name with sales, and trying to brand something other than your name can be confusing to people. There are too many realtors to choose from in this day and age, so simplifying it goes a long way.”
