I compiled a list of all the listings that matched his criteria and then went through them to narrow down the ones I thought would be a good fit. From there, he went through them and narrowed them down further to ones we would see. After we saw them, we picked the top 3 and considered the pros and cons. He was such an easygoing client who knew what he wanted but trusted me enough to let me lead the way. The characteristics of an ideal client would probably be mutual respect and understanding – their ability to trust you to do your job and get them what they’re looking for.”
